A Fellow member, qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2000 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has significant experience in matters of MNCs and business advisory services including entry and exit routes of MNCs in India.

Vineet has vast experience in conducting Management/Internal Audits, Reviewing Internal Controls as well as designing Internal Control Systems. He has also gained significant experience in due-diligence studies, handling FEMA and company law matters, project feasibility studies and accounting Matters as per Indian as well as International Accounting Guidelines. Some of the other primary issues Vineet addresses for clients are Entity Structuring, Trade Mark/Copyrights registrations, VAT, Certifications, affairs of Not for Profit Organizations, designing of Investment Portfolios etc.
